Vegas theme for 2010 Relay for Life

Tweet ThisEMC News - The 2010 Relay for Life season will be officially launched tonight, Thursday, March 4, at the Perth Civitan Club on Highway 43.
Amanda Gifford of the Canadian Cancer Society's Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Unit said the launch, getting underway at 7 p.m., will be an opportunity for participating teams to register and pick up their team kits.
"Vegas Remembers" will be the theme for this year's relay, conjuring up images of Elvis sightings, roulette wheels and show girls.
The 11th annual Relay at the Lombardy Fairgrounds will take place June 11-12. In 2009, the 10th anniversary for the highly successful cancer fundraiser, $325,000 was raised.
