He has been the spiritual leader of Congregation Machzikei Hadas in Ottawa since 1967 and is a champion of many charitable causes both within the Jewish community and beyond.
This event provides a unique opportunity to speak with Rabbi Bulka in person.
All are welcome! Wheelchair access is available.
